I’ve finished the third and final skull – the fox skull fetish. For this skull I carved the top of the skull using my dremel and followed the patterns that were already present in the bone – the star is my own creation. Mr. fox has been painted black and has Northern European symbols and runes painted in red – the farmer’s fyfolt, the world tree, a crescent moon, and the rune mann. He has leather ears and a frayed red linen ruff. The fox has long been a totem across cultures for his quickness and cunning. The fox skull is also tiny like the rabbit skulls, around 5-6 inches long. All of the skull fetishes are now up for sale in the Forest Grove Botanica.
